Back in February (how time flies!) Hannah and Michael asked us to help finalize and coordinate their wedding day. They are Jewish, and coming from a Jewish background we knew just what to do! They got married in one ballroom of the Michael’s on East restaurant in Sarasota, FL with cocktail hour in the atrium and the reception in the larger ballroom.
It was a chilly day in February, but with a few last minute changes, the day turned out beautifully and went off without a hitch!
Hannah’s mom had made a custom chuppah “quilt” to cover the couple as they said their vows, and they also ordered a custom Ketubbah, which is a Jewish marriage contract, to sign.
Victoria Blooms did an amazing job with the flowers, bringing in Hannah’s love of greens, purples and all things succulent into the bouquets and centerpieces.
The ballroom was decorated beautifully with low lighting, green and purple centepieces and just the perfect amount of sparkle.
The dancing went into the evening, and everyone had a great time! It was a gorgeous, elegant affair just like the couple themselves. We were so thrilled to be a part of the day, and so happy to see the couple so happy. They are welcoming their first child this year, and we wish Mike, Hannah and their child all the best!
